Having turned August Home into a practical catalogue showcasing what ideA Design could do in a container house motivated Mindi to desire her home in this system as well.

This time, unlike the other container houses we had done, we would have a pool in the middle of the house, which we thought was a brilliant use of the water element given that it's a beach house.

The floor plan would be very simple, with a 40-foot container on each side where we accommodated the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, with the containers separated by a pool terrace that condenses the use of the social area and the pool terrace.

This charming house was sold quickly, and Mindi became and remains a lifelong friend of our company, as have most of our clients after the satisfactory conclusion of each of their projects with us.
