The Segal-Miller couple approached us to carry out a complete renovation of a house they had purchased in the mountains of Ojochal, boasting a wonderful ocean view.

The main challenge we faced was the presence of four columns that would obstruct the flow of the new social area.

During the initial inspection, the clients' first question was, "Is it possible to remove those dreadful columns from the middle of my living room?"

Our response remained consistent with our approach to every challenge: "With design and ingenuity, to avoid spending a fortune on the solution, everything is possible."

So we agreed to take the risk of designing a beam system from side to side that would support the heavy structure of the living room's monitor , made of concrete blocks, all without any impact on the aesthetics or functionality of the space other than its optimization.
